30 days from the day your order arrives. Items need to be unworn and unwashed with the tags and hygiene liner still attached.

Measure the narrowest part of your torso, above your belly button, and match it to the size chart. If you're between sizes, size up — you can always tighten to the next column of hooks.

Start with 2–3 hours and build up as it breaks in. Take it off if you feel pinching, numbness, or trouble breathing.
